The focus for this month is mental health. There are many factors that affect our mental health an a prominent one is our physical health.
Diabetes is a group of well-known diseases that involves increased blood glucose levels. Out of this group, Type 2 Diabetes is the most prevalent, accounting for 90-95٪ of the estmated 30 million Americans with the disease (1). Yet, there are many more who don’t know that they have it, and even more who do not realize that they are prediabetic (2).
If you know you are prediabetic (or if you want to find out), and are interested in reversing the path towards Type 2 Diabetes, attend an info session from our friends at GreenSpark Health. The program will begin on June 6th, 2024. Register at https://greensparkhealth.org/dpp. Take charge of your mental and physical health by signing up today.
