• 4 Large Organic Cucumbers
  • 5-10 Organic Cherry Tomatoes
  • Organic Sea Salt
  • Organic Lemon Juice

Utensils & Appliances Needed

  • Knife and Cutting Board
  • 1¬†Medium Serving Bowl



  1. Wash cucumbers and tomatoes thoroughly.
  2. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes thinly and toss in bowl.
  3. Drizzle the lemon juice and salt over them, seasoning it according to your taste buds.
  4. Add optional pinch of black pepper for a little ‘kick’ and serve!


YIELDS : Depends on the cut of the cucumbers, but about 3-4.

OTHER NOTES:  Remember, the lightest meal of the day should be the last meal eaten for the day.
