- 4 Large Organic Cucumbers
- 5-10 Organic Cherry Tomatoes
- Organic Sea Salt
- Organic Lemon Juice
- Organic Black Pepper
Utensils & Appliances Needed
- Knife and Cutting Board
- 1 Medium Serving Bowl
- Wash cucumbers and tomatoes thoroughly.
- Cut cucumbers and tomatoes thinly and toss in bowl.
- Drizzle the lemon juice and salt over them, seasoning it according to your taste buds.
- Add optional pinch of black pepper for a little ‘kick’ and serve!
YIELDS : Depends on the cut of the cucumbers, but about 3-4.
